Responsibilities
- Constant research on the catchment and identifying key properties which can be acquired to do business with OYO
- Meet property owners and sell OYO’s Vision of providing comfortable stays for many
- Build a joint business plan with the property owners in order to have a profitable business association
- Periodic review of the SLAs signed off with the property owners
- Liaise with the key stakeholders from lead generation till the property goes live
- Update key market trends and real estate developments in the designated area
- Resolve issues arising between Property Owners, Transformation Team & Operations Team
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 to 7 Years of Experience
- Acquiring Hotels would be an added advantage
