  • Constant research on the catchment and identifying key properties which can be acquired to do business with OYO
  • Meet property owners and sell OYO’s Vision of providing comfortable stays for many
  • Build a joint business plan with the property owners in order to have a profitable business association
  • Periodic review of the SLAs signed off with the property owners
  • Liaise with the key stakeholders from lead generation till the property goes live
  • Update key market trends and real estate developments in the designated area
  • Resolve issues arising between Property Owners, Transformation Team & Operations Team


  • Minimum 3 to 7 Years of Experience
  • Acquiring Hotels would be an added advantage
