Shift timings: 6:30 am – 3:30 pm
(Australian Shift)

Requirement:
– Minimum Graduate with Excellent English Communication skills, to coordinate directly with foreign clients
– Knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook
– Minimum 1 year of experience

Role and Responsibilities
· Respond to client emails
· Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable
· Ensure all data is entered in an accurate and timely manner.
· Research, identify and resolve customer complaints
