Summary

Develops, implements, and monitors marketing plans to achieve the overall business objectives of the

organization. Works with management to identify, develop, and implement effective and productive

marketing strategies for specific segments. Identifies or directs market research, product/service

planning, and potential brand enhancement opportunities to accomplish the organization’s goals.

Responsibilities

  • Designs develop and implement marketing plans to support the development and improvement of the organization’s donor marketing objectives in conjunction with Product and Program strategy managers.
  • Research identifies, selects the best channels to improve the effectiveness of coverage in the marketplace and meet the unique needs of defined business segments.
  • Targets and prioritizes national segments and opportunities. Executes segment strategies accordingly and provides input to group sponsor.
  • Work across geographic and divisional boundaries to identify and implement effective and productive marketing strategies. May be responsible for the infrastructure, technical capabilities, and continuous improvement activities to achieve marketing goals.
  • Includes support of the flow of projects through the Creative Services funnel
  • Provide cohesive and detailed support of the annual recognition program and partner-specific fulfillment end-to-end processes
  • Manage the overall donor contact strategy to ensure donors are contacted with the right product asks at the right cadence to ensure overall donor base health
  • Uses best practices and knowledge of internal and external business issues to solve complex problems. Serves as a resource and/or leads other staff.
  • Serves as liaison with Customer Care teams to support all promotional fulfillment and donor marketing concerns
  • Manages the overall flow of donor concerns to ensure timely and accurate responses to ensure a positive donor experience

Qualifications

  • 4-year college degree or equivalent combination of education and experience Business, Marketing or related field
  • Minimum 3 to 5 years required
  • Mid-level to advance knowledge of Microsoft Office Programs including Excel, Teams, Access, & PowerPoint
  • Strong written and non-written communication skills as many communications are handled in a virtual environment
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and timelines fluidly to provide updates and data when requested
