The right candidate has minimum 3 and maximum 5 years prior sales experience in the Food & Beverage or FMCG category selling premium products.

Without limiting the below, responsible for:

  • Negotiations and on boarding of new stores (chained and unchained) in Modern Trade, and in some cases General Trade, for sale of PEER products
  • Providing support to the portfolio of key accounts and proactively taking orders to minimize out-of-stock conditions and attaining sales targets
  • Maintaining inventory levels and order history of key accounts
  • Closing and maintaining relations with HORECA accounts as and when needed
  • Coordinating and enabling timely delivery of products as per orders
  • Initiative taking for any experiential marketing events/in-store promotion to be conducted in retail outlets
  • Weekly visit to portfolio of accounts to ensure proper product placement, correct pricing, after-sales service etc.
  • Provide information to key accounts on new product launches, and be up to date on competitor analysis
  • Educating sales staff of key accounts on brand, product options etc.
  • The idea candidate currently stays in North Goa, and is flexible to cover both North and South Goa’s key points
  • This role requires travel

The right candidate has relevant work experience with track record of attaining sales quotas, is self motivated, has superior interpersonal skills, and the ability to work independently as well as in a team environment.
