Responsibilities :

Handle customer complaints across email, phone, social media, and live chat
Responding promptly to customer inquiries
Identify and assess clients’ needs to achieve satisfaction
Solve problems by clarifying the client’s complaint, determining the cause of the problem, explaining the best solution to solve the problem, expediting and following up to ensure resolution.
Prepare service reports by collecting and analyzing customer information.
Maintaining a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward clients at all times
Staying connected and coordinating with colleagues as and when necessary.
Build sustainable relationships and trust with clients through open and interactive communication

Qualifications & Skills :

Graduate in any field having relevant experience of 6 months – 1 year.
Having strong command in English, Hindi and local language. knowledge of other languages is an added advantage.
Should be well versed in computer applications and comfortable with working with diverse softwares.
A crucial skill that is a requisite of this position is problem-solving just as is empathy, the ability to put themselves in their client’ shoes and advocate for them when necessary to resolve conflict
Clear Communication at the same time keeping a friendly, polite & positive attitude.
The technical know how and Business Acumen
Must possess strong time Management skills
Adequate Phone etiquette and mannerism
Ability to multitask,analyse information and deliver the accurate response that the situation requires
