Designation Manager / Senior Manager Key Account Management
Reporting Manager: Associate Director / Director, Enterprise Business
Direct Reportees: Sr. Executive, Assistant Manager & Deputy Manager
We are looking for a true techno-commercial individual who is excited to take up new challenges. The incumbent will be expected to be the rainmaker for the company who shall be managing Key accounts, farming them, ensuring order fulfillment & Customer NPS. The desired candidate must have flair for new and evolving technologies and has the vision to transform a traditional B2B industry into a technology-driven industry.
Account Management & Farming: The desired candidate needs to demonstrate sharp skills in managing/farming key accounts and growing them into cash cows.
Collaborating with the team to keep up the business development momentum in the region.
Drive customer NPS and manage key customer relationships by driving value
Should be able to grow accounts by driving company value proposition
P&L management of accounts handled
End to end responsibility from order to fulfillment for key accounts
The role would require traveling to the customer location
Qualification & Experience Essential/ Desirable Work Experience
5+ years (At least 2+ years post MBA in sales and operations) in B2B/ Industrial/ Manufacturing sectors. -Industry: New Gen/B2B Commerce/ Industrial products/Machinery. Essential
Start-up experience would be an added advantage Desirable
Excellent internal & external stakeholder management skills
Exposure in concept selling with Large and multiple engagements
B. Tech – Premier institutes
MBA – (Tier-1/2)
