Job Description

Customer service is an extremely important part of maintaining ongoing client relationships that are key to continuing revenue as a customer support you have to deliver timely, accurate and professional customer service to the customers and communicate with customers via phone, email and chat.

  • Quality customer service
  • Recording complaints
  • Resolving all complaints received (self, online, other units)
  • Asking for feedback from customers
  • Promoting all direct channels and ensuring that the customer is utilizing the same

Requirements: Experience 1-5 years in the past Banking/ Finance background Curious, humble and hardworking Good communication and interpersonal skills Capable to do multi-tasking

Equipment Knowledge: Telephone, PC/Computer keyboard, Printer, Calculator, Fax machine, Copy machine
