Exp: 5-7 years; Roles & Responsibilities Define a partner success plan with deliverables and ensure clear communication across all activities of partners post-sales journey Responsible to retain and grow revenue on the existing book of business, manage customer life cycle, increase footprint within the business, forecast and reduce churn Understand the customer’s business needs to ensure customer satisfaction and encourage continued long-term relationship and help identify opportunities where Zomentum services fit their ongoing business Enable feature discovery and drive adoption of new and existing product features across partner base Analyze and segment customer base to run campaigns with cross-functional teams Identify successful customers and turn them into advocates, measured by participation in reference calls, case studies, testimonials, webinars and blogs Manage a team of high performing CSMs and Onboarding specialists Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, product, engineering) to help automate the process after the initial pilot and maturity of the activities Relevant experience in business analysis & reporting defining requirements and using data and metrics to draw business insights Results-driven with the ability to innovate and simplify current processes and practices Be comfortable working with ambiguity and have the ability to define and solve problems by using available data and making reasonable assumptions Working Hours Preferably overlapping with US Time zone Qualifications 5-7 years Customer Success experience, preferably within the SaaS industry Experience creating structured programs to drive adoption Bachelor’s degree preferably from Tier-1/Tier-2 colleges Excellent communication skills Proficiency in Excel and other programming languages Benefits/Perks People-centric culture, Great Place to Work certified.
