Responsibilities
- Develop and execute strategies to drive business in new and existing markets.
- Extensive ability to achieve individual and team targets.
- 3 to 4 Years of alcoholic Beverages Industry is mandatory.
- Responsible for all execution and implementation for the Beverages Verticle of the company.
- Partner with Talent Acquisition to identify and recruit top sales talent.
- Mentor employees to help them achieve individual & team objectives.
- Regular traveling will be a Part of your KRA.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Business
- 3+ years of sales experience
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
