Job ProfileReceipt /Verification of BOP & Indirect components

Components issuance as per production plan in Coordination with PPC for production support to avoid production loss

GE vs GRN /Manual invoices reconciliation/All MIS/ Daily & Monthly opening stock

OSP /overstock &Rejection documentation and physical dispatch and monitoring process

Manpower(resource) and task allocation and their monitoring for desired output.

Training & awareness on day to day activities with team members

Inventory management and daily shortages

Coordinating with inter departmental function s for day to day activities

Perpetual inventory take and analysis at respective area

5S & Housekeeping audit and observation with their appropriate closure

Adhering to safety guidelines and delegating to the workforce
