Educational Qualification:
| 1. Senior Marketing Officer – Graduation in any discipline except music & fine arts. (M. Pharma. / MBA (Sales/Marketing) or equivalent from reputed Institutions / Universities will be an added advantage.)
Experience: Minimum 03 years’ experience in Sales & Marketing in Pharma Sector only. Candidates having experience in same profile in Government sector shall be given preference. |
| 2. Senior Executive (HR) – Graduation in any discipline except music & fine arts. (MBA (HR) or equivalent from reputed Institutions / Universities will be an added advantage.)
Experience: Minimum 03 years’ experience in Human Resource (HR). Candidates having experience in same profile in Government sector shall be given preference. |
| 3. Executive (Customer Care) – Graduation in any discipline except music & fine arts. Candidate must have fluent English-speaking skills.
Experience: Minimum 01-year experience in Customer Care/Backend Customer Support. Candidates having experience in same profile in Government sector shall be given preference. |

The Upper age limit is relaxed by 5 years for SC/ST; 3 years for OBC, 10 Years for Persons with Disabilities (15 years for SC/ST PWD’s & 13 years for OBC PWD’s) and for Ex-S as per Govt. of India rules. Salary Details:

PMBI Executive Selection Process 2022:
Initial Screening Candidates are requested to submit duly filled in application form (complete in all respects) with copy of all educational, experience etc. documents. The complete application form will be checked, verified and screened and the candidates, whose candidature will be found suitable and eligible, will be called for the next stage of Personal Interview. Personal Interview In the second stage, there will be Personal Interview of the candidates, whose application forms have been successfully verified and those found suitable for the requirements. Based on the credentials and performance in the personal interview, the candidates will be shortlisted, and the offer of appointment shall be issued to the suitable candidate in the order of merit.
