Applications are invited for engagement of 01 (One) Project Assistant, purely on contractual basis under the Department of Biotechnology, New Delhi funded QUT (Component II) project entitled “Transfer and Evaluation of Indian Banana with iron Constructs” at ICAR – NRC for Banana, Tiruchirapalli – 620 102.

Educational Qualification:
| Essential: Post Graduate Degree (M.Sc., / M.Tech.,) in Biotechnology / Molecular Biology and need to register for Ph.D.
Desirable: Knowledge in tissue culture and Agrobacterium-mediated transformation |
Age Limit: Not more than 35 years for men and 40 years for women. Age relaxation shall be applicable for the post as per rules.
Salary Details: Rs.20,000/- + HRA @ 18% per month
Selection Procedure:
– Candidates who have passed the required qualifications only be called for the interview.
– After screening of applications, the shortlisted candidates will be informed the date & mode of interview through email.
