Essential Qualification: 1st class Master’s degree in Medical Laboratory Technology/Microbiology/Biochemistry/Virology/ Biotechnology froma recognized University with two years’ experience in Health Research. (OR) 2nd class Master’s Degree with Ph.D. in the above areas from a recognized university. Desirable Qualification and Experience: – PhD in the above subjects from recognized University – Trained in GCP and GLP. – Hands on experience in handling laboratory equipment – Laboratory QC/QA. – Drafting SOPs, protocols, reports and manuscripts. – Experience in NABL Accreditation process – Writing reports and manuscripts – Publication in peer-reviewed journals – Willingness to work in the rural areas – Proven ability to work effectively in a team environment |
