* Private Secretary: Pay Band 02 ₹ 9300 – 34800 with Grade Pay ₹ 4800/-

* Personal Assistant: Level 07 ₹ 44900 – 142400/-


* Assistant Registrar: One post each for New Delhi, Guwahati and Jaipur
* Deputy Registrar: One post each for Jaipur, Allahabad, Indore, Amaravati, New Delhi, Kolkata, Chennai, Hyderabad.

Educational Qualifications:

Private Secretary:

(1) Graduate Degree from a recognized University.
(2) Well versed in computerised word processing.
(3) Holding analogous post on regular basis in Central / State Government.

Personal Assistant:

(1) Bachelor’s Degree with proficiency in English Typing (40 wpm), English Shorthand (80 wpm).
Diploma / Certificate in Office Management and Secretariat Procedure or equivalent from a reocognized / reputed Institution.

Selection Process: Interview.
