Educational Qualification:

1. Chief of Properties and Monetization Officer 

a. Qualification: Bachelor’s degree (B.E. / B.tech in Civil Engineering). Candidates holding Masters ofBusiness Administration (MBA full time from B School/Premiere institute preferred)/Post Graduate,having studied subjects such as assets management/real estate/civil engineering, will be preferred.

b. Experience: Should have minimum 10 years’ post qualification experience in Properties andReal estate Management; Land/properties acquisition or monetization/disposal; actively workedon successful real estate projects schemes; handled properties project management planning,strategizing and execution; properties monitoring, tendering, procurement, planning andbudgeting , costs monitoring,; upkeep and maintenance of properties; handled properties/realestate related contractual legal and statutory and regulatory compliances and management.

2. Chief of Personnel and Administration –

Qualification: Masters of Business Administration (MBA full time from B School/Premiere institute preferred) with specialization in Personnel/HR/IR or its equivalent Post Graduate Masters Degree (2 years course) /Diploma with core subjects like Personnel Management/Human Resources/IR. The candidates having Legal qualifications Bachelor of Law (LLB) shall be preferred.

Experience: Should have minimum 10 years’ post qualification experience in Personnel and Human Resources Management; Hiring/engaging/management of human / manpower resources; actively worked on setting up/adapting the human resources and personnel policies and schemes; handled personnel project management planning, strategizing and execution; Personnel policies monitoring, framing, analysis, planning and budgeting for manpower resources and suggesting costs monitoring and control measures,; upkeep and retention of skilled manpower; handled personnel / human resources related contractual legal and statutory and regulatory compliances and management.

3. Deputy- Chief Finance Officer –

Qualification: Qualified Chartered Accountant from the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India Or Cost Accountant from Institute of Cost Accountants of India. Should be a member of the Institute of Chartered Accounts of India or a member of the Institute of Cost and Works Accountants of India.

Experience: Should have minimum 7 years’ post qualification experience in maintenance of Accounts, Budgetary Control, Final Accounts, Expenditure Accounting, Revenue Accounting, Statutory Compliance, Auditing and Taxation matters, Working Capital Management, Financial Planning etc. The candidate should have expert knowledge of a computerized accounting software such as Tally ERP accounting package. Candidate with work experience of having worked on the preparation of financial statements compliant to the Ind AS, Govt. grant accounting and the requirements under Companies Act. The candidate with working experience of having worked in a Government/PSU organization and those who have evidenced in their job profiles hands-on experience will be given preference for having handled accounting and finance related issues relating to debt/money market issues, analysis, accounting and compliances of regulators, such as SEBI, company law and accounting standards related requirements for debt arrangements of a debt listed entity

4. Manager- Personnel and Administration –

Qualification: Masters of Business Administration (MBA full time from B School/Premiere institute preferred) with specialization in Personnel/HR/IR or its equivalent Post Graduate Masters Degree (2years course) / Diploma with core subjects like Personnel Management/Human Resources/IR.

Experience: Should have minimum 05 years’ post qualification experience in Personnel / Human Resources Management; i.e., Hiring/engaging/management of human / manpower resources; actively worked on setting up/adapting the human resources and personnel policies and schemes; handled personnel project management planning, strategizing and execution; Personnel policies monitoring, framing, analysis, planning and budgeting for manpower resources and suggesting costs monitoring and control measures,; upkeep and retention of skilled manpower; handled personnel and human resources related contractual, legal, statutory and regulatory compliances and management.

5. Manager-Properties and Monetization –

Qualification: Bachelor’s degree (B.E. / B.tech in Civil Engineering). Candidates holding Master of Business Administration (MBA)/ Post Graduate Degree/Diploma in Management (2years course)- full time from B School/Premiere institute preferred)/Post Graduate having studied subjects such as assets management/real estate/civil engineering, will be preferred..

Experience: Should have minimum 5 years’ post qualification experience in Properties and Real estate Management; Land/properties acquisition or monetization/disposal; actively worked on successful real estate projects schemes; handled properties project management planning, strategizing and execution; properties monitoring, tendering, procurement, planning and budgeting , costs monitoring,; upkeep and maintenance of properties; handled properties/real estate related contractual legal and statutory and regulatory compliances and management.

6. Manager- Legal and Corporate –

Qualification: Masters Degree in law (LLM) OR Masters of Business Administration (MBA full time from B School/Premiere institute preferred) with specialization in Legal and regulatory matters OR CS with LLB.

Experience: Should have minimum 5 years’ post qualification experience in Legal, Corporate governance and compliances matters esp. in a listed company; has worked on laws such as Indian Companies Act/SEBI regulations and other Indian corporate laws; has hand-on experience in framing contracts/agreements/letters on corporate governance matters; actively worked on setting up/adapting the legal and contractual matters; has assisted the management in framing legal policies monitoring, analysis, for ensuring compliances; handled contractual legal and statutory and regulatory compliances and management matters.

7. Manager-Finance and Accounts –

Qualification: Qualified Chartered Accountant from the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India OR Cost Accountant from Institute of Cost Accountants of India. Should be a member of the Institute of Chartered Accounts of India or a member of the Institute of Cost and Works Accountants of India.

Experience: Should have minimum 5 years’ post qualification experience in Personnel /Human Resources Management; Hiring/engaging/management of human/manpower resources; actively worked on setting up/adapting the human resources and personnel policies and schemes; handled personnel project management planning, strategizing and execution; Personnel policies monitoring, framing, analysis, planning and budgeting for manpower resources and suggesting costs monitoring and control measures,; upkeep and retention of skilled manpower; handled personnel / human resources related contractual legal and statutory and regulatory compliances and management; office administration and establishment works.

9. Officer-Properties and Civil Works –

Qualification: Bachelor’s degree (B.E. / B.tech ), preference for the candidates who have studied subjects such as assets management/real estate/civil engineering.

Experience: Should have minimum 5 years’ post qualification experience in Properties and Real estate Management; Land/properties acquisition or monetization/disposal; actively worked on successful real estate projects schemes; handled properties project management planning, strategizing and execution; properties monitoring, tendering, procurement, planning and budgeting , costs monitoring,; upkeep and maintenance of properties; handled properties/real estate related contractual legal and statutory and regulatory compliances and management.

10. Officer-Finance and Accounts –

Qualification: : Commerce Graduate having passed Chartered Accountant (Inter) from the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India OR Cost Accountant (Inter) from Institute of Cost Accountants of India.

Experience: Should have minimum 5 years’ post qualification experience in maintenance of Accounts, Budgetary Control, Final Accounts, Expenditure Accounting, Revenue Accounting, Statutory Compliance, Auditing and Taxation matters, Working Capital Management, Financial Planning etc. The candidate should have working knowledge of a computerized accounting software such as Tally ERP accounting package. Candidate would be preferred having work experience of having worked on the preparation of financial statements accounting compliant to the Ind AS, Govt. grant accounting and the Companies Act requirements. The candidate with working experience of having worked in a Government/PSU organization working experience environment, will be given preference.

Salary Details:

1. Chief of Properties and Monetization Officer – Total Monthly Salary & Allowances of Rs.150,000 i.Salary-Rs.1,20,000/- + ii.Allowances-Rs.30,000 (Out of Pocket taxable allowances fuel transport & telephone)
2. Chief of Personnel and Administration – Total Monthly Salary & Allowances of Rs.150,000 i.Salary-Rs.1,20,000/- + ii.Allowances-Rs.30,000 (Out of Pocket taxable allowances fuel transport & telephone)
3. Deputy- Chief Finance Officer – Total Monthly Salary & Allowances of Rs.120,000 i.Salary-Rs.1,00,000/- + ii.Allowances-Rs.20,000 (Out of Pocket taxable allowances fuel transport & telephone)

Selection Process:

Selection procedure involves personal interview of the candidates who prima facie meets eligibility criteria. The selected candidate will have to undergo a Pre-employment medical examination .The Candidates will have to bear the cost of Pre-Employment Medical Examination and any additional tests, if  required, the additional cost thereof will also have to be borne by the candidate.

The Demand Draft for an amount of Rs.500/- (Rupees Five Hundred only)drawn in favour of AI Assets Holding Limited, payable at New Delhi .
