Educational Qualification:
| Case Worker – Bachelors’ Degree in Social Work, Counseling Psychology or Development Management with a minimum 1 year working experience in the field of violence against women issues. Only women candidates may apply. As OSC functions 24*7 candidates have to work in 3 shifts. The candidate should be resident of the local community. |
| Security Guard – The Security Guard should have minimum qualification 10th std and 2 years of experience of working as security personnel. Only women candidates may apply. As OSC functions 24*7 candidates have to work in shifts. The candidate should be resident of the local community. |
| Multipurpose Helper – The Multi-purpose helper should have minimum qualification 10th std and experience working in Shelter Homes / House Keeping. The Candidate should also know to cook. Only women candidates may apply. As OSC functions 24*7 candidates have to work in 2 shifts. The candidate should be resident of the local community. |
