Educational Qualification:
| 1. Team Leader –
– The Team Leader should be Management Expert with a strong background in Management of Irrigation Infrastructure Projects. – The Team Leader should have a Post Graduate degree in Management or Economics with not less than 10 years of relevant professional experience and extensive experience of working with Central and State Government |
| 2. Finance and Contractual Management Expert –
– The Expert should have graduate /Post Graduate degree in Civil /Agriculture Engineering and having not less than 5 years’ experience in planning, designing, construction execution, monitoring and management of Major and Medium Irrigation Projects |
| 3. Remote Sensing and Geographical Information System Expert –
– The expert should be Postgraduate in Remote Sensing and have 5 or more years of experience in interpretation of Satellite imageries using both optical and microwave data. Experience of analysis of Agri/irrigation data is preferable. |
| 4. Agriculture Expert –
– The Expert should have post graduate degree in Agriculture or related discipline and have at least 5 years of experience in Command Area Development /Palnning and implementation of on-farm development works/Ground water Management |
| 5. IT and MIS Expert –
– The expert should be post graduate degree in Computer Science/IT or related discipline and have at least 5 years of experience in data management as well as webpage development |
Selection Process:
WAPCOS may follow the following process to select the candidates.
